Embodied Rejuvenation

with Heather Fontenot

Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner

Rest. Rhythm. Rejuvenate

For women who have learned to be strong and capable, and are ready to soften and restore.
A supportive, body-based path to energy, clarity, and relational ease.

Imagine moving through your day with your body relaxed, your mind clear, and your energy available—without forcing, pushing, or over-giving.
Feel tension in your shoulders, chest, and belly slowly release. Notice your breath deepen. Sense your nervous system settling into ease and rhythm.
Step into your life with presence and confidence, not just doing, but being. Without over-functioning, without constant self-management, without guilt.

At Embodied Rejuvenation, Heather guides women in integrating these experiences into daily life. She works with women who feel capable on the outside but depleted inside—those who give so much of themselves in work and life that they often carry stress, tension, or overwhelm in their bodies.

Who holds the one who holds it all?

You give your energy, creativity, and heart to your work, your loved ones, and those you serve.
You keep showing up—often on empty.

But who holds you?

This space is for women who are ready to break old patterns, move past self-criticism and overwhelm, and create relational ease, so you can feel grounded, connected, and fully present.

No pressure. No fixing. Just a space to pause, tune into your body, and learn tools to regulate your nervous system and restore balance.

Through gentle breath, mindful movement, and personalized nervous system guidance, you’ll cultivate clarity, resilience, and ease—in both your inner world and your relationships.

Meet Heather,

Founder of Embodied Rejuvenation

Heather has been guiding others on their wellness journeys for over 10 years, creating spaces where people can reconnect, with themselves, with others, and with nature.

A native Louisianan, Heather’s work is deeply influenced by her roots in community, creativity, and connection to the natural world.

As a Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner, she believes that small, intentional shifts, made in the body, can create profound, lasting change. She blends the wisdom of yoga with modern therapeutic tools to support the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Her gentle, trauma-informed approach meets each person where they are, helping them find balance, renewal, and ease in their own way.

Heather’s experience as a Yoga Therapist in mental health and addiction recovery taught her that healing isn’t about fixing, it’s about remembering how to feel whole, grounded, and alive. She understands the quiet weight of holding it all: the service, the care, the constant giving. Today, she helps high-functioning women release patterns of over-functioning and cultivate the same restoration, resilience, and presence she’s found through her own journey, using mindful, embodied practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit.

Outside of her practice, Heather finds joy with her family, her two fur babies, gardening, hiking, and exploring other cultures through travel.

Work With Me

When you work with me, you’ll learn to release the weight you carry, hold boundaries without guilt, and end each day with energy left for yourself.

Through this journey, you’ll follow a simple, powerful rhythm:

🌿 Rest — Return to your body, breath, and nervous system. Release tension, cultivate safety, and reconnect with ease.

🌿 Rhythm — Untangle old patterns, stress, and overwhelm. Learn to respond rather than react, so energy flows naturally through your day.

🌿 Rejuvenate — Embody clarity, presence, and resilience. Move through work, relationships, and life with grounded confidence and balance.

When you nurture the woman behind the work, everything you create begins to thrive—your energy, your relationships, and your impact.
